Basic check: This is how the check works
The basic check offers structured basic medical care for regular checks of key health values.
The basic check takes about 45 minutes. All examinations and the final medical consultation take place in one appointment.
Step 1: Laboratory and urine tests in your own practice laboratory
At the beginning of the basic check-up, a blood sample and a urine sample are taken. Basic blood, metabolic and organ values are analysed to provide a reliable overview of your current state of health.
Among other things, the following are analysed:
The analysis is carried out in the in-house laboratory, so that all results are already available in the subsequent consultation with the doctor.
Your benefit
Early indications of metabolic disorders, inflammation and liver or kidney problems - as a solid basis for your regular preventive healthcare.
Step 2: Basic cardiovascular check
In the next step, basic cardiovascular parameters are recorded under resting conditions.
To be carried out:
These examinations provide an initial overview of the heart rhythm, circulatory stability and oxygen supply.
Your benefit
Assessment of cardiovascular status and early detection of possible abnormalities - even without current symptoms.
Step 3: Medical findings & counselling interview
All examination results are discussed clearly and in context during the medical consultation.
The findings from the laboratory, urine and cardiovascular diagnostics are categorised together.
You will receive a clear medical assessment as well as recommendations for prevention, lifestyle or - if appropriate - further examinations.
Your benefit
You will receive a well-founded medical assessment of your state of health and know whether there is a need for action - without having to wait or make another appointment.
Note: The check-ups offered are individual health services (IGeL), which are billed in accordance with the scale of fees for doctors (GOÄ). The costs are generally not covered by statutory health insurance companies.
