We are a nationally renowned group practice for family medicine, internal medicine and gastroenterology. As an established office, we attach great importance to optimal medical care and patient satisfaction. We are now looking for full-time or part-time reinforcement for our team of medical assistants (MFA).
Your tasks

As an MFA, you are much more than just the right hand in our office. At the heart of our team, you will make a significant contribution to the organization and smooth running of the office. Our team of medical professionals sets the pace and ensures that everything works in perfect harmony – from patient care to office organization.
Your tasks are as varied as the profession itself: As an all-rounder, you will skillfully juggle organizational challenges, bureaucratic tasks, empathetic care for our patients and medical support.
These include, among others:
- Reception and care of patients
- Recording and processing patient data
- Prepare treatment rooms before examinations
- Preparation of patients for medical examinations to be carried out
- Ensuring hygiene standards
- Assistance with treatments and examinations
- Patient-related activities (e.g. taking blood samples, administering medication, applying and changing dressings)
- Carrying out diagnostic examinations (e.g. ECG, ABI, Ergo, body function and blood pressure measurements)
- Data maintenance and documentation
Your profile
We would like you to have the following qualifications and personal qualities:
- At least a qualified secondary school leaving certificate
- Completed training as an MFA or comparable qualification as a health and nursing professional
- Very good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Organizational skills and good time management
- Friends in the care of people
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Personal commitment and motivation
- A passion for medicine and enjoy working in a team
