Working hours: Full-time (38.5 hours) incl. vocational school twice a week
About us
We are a nationally renowned group practice for family medicine, internal medicine and gastroenterology. As an established practice, we attach great importance to providing optimum medical care and patient satisfaction. For our team of medical assistants (MFA) in training, we are now looking for full-time reinforcement (38.5 hours).
Your tasks

As an MFA, you are much more than just the right hand in our practice. At the heart of our team, you will make a significant contribution to the organisation and smooth running of the practice. Our team of medical professionals sets the pace and ensures that everything works in perfect harmony - from patient care to office organisation.
Your tasks are as varied as the profession itself: As an all-rounder, you will skilfully juggle organisational challenges, bureaucratic tasks, empathetic care for our patients and medical support.
As part of your three-year apprenticeship, you will learn a number of things with us:
- Recording of patient data
- Appointment allocation and administrative support
- Preparation of instruments and medication for treatments
- Support with treatments
- Taking blood samples and applying dressings
- Provision of medication and injections
- Patient information and communication
- Sampling and preparation for laboratory tests
- Preparation of invoices
- Preparation of ECG recordings
Your profile
We would like you to have the following qualifications and personal qualities:
- At least a qualified secondary school leaving certificate
- Good knowledge of written and spoken German
- Interest in scientific and medical topics
- Organisational talent and good time management
- Friends of caring for people
- Good communication skills
- Reliability and flexibility
- Personal commitment and motivation
- A passion for medicine and enjoy working in a team
